He established and managed cable assembly operations for three major national and regional interconnect device distributors, including leading teams that implemented ISO 9001-certified quality systems. Bret has also held sales, applications and engineering positions with connector manufacturers Amphenol and Deautsch.

He has been trained at the factory in product and application tooling by Tyco/AMP, Amphenol, Molex, and FCI/Berg.
